VEGETARIAN ENCHILADAS 
Enchilada sauce (made with enchilada sauce mix)
Grated cheese
Corn tortillas
Refried beans
Velveeta cheese sauce

Dip corn tortillas in enchilada sauce. Put some beans and sprinkle cheese in each tortilla. Roll tortillas with filling inside and place in casserole dish. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce. Spread cheese sauce over enchiladas.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Enchiladas are ready to eat.
