SPRINKLED APPLE 
6 large apples
6 wooden sticks
6 c white chocolate morsels
3 c sprinkles, or more depending on size of apple

Clean apples and insert wooden sticks into the center of each apple at the stem end. Place on a sheet of wax paper. Place white chocolate morsels in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium power in 40 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until chocolate is thoroughly melted. Spoon melted chocolate onto the apple to coat thoroughly. Gently press sprinkles into the chocolate until the apple is thoroughly coated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
