1 c. salad oil
2 lg. eggs, beat until foamy

Add and mix: 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon

Add:

Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. You may also add chopped nuts if you wish.
