SAVORY POT ROAST 
1 round steak (or your choice of roast)
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water or more as needed

Brown meat slowly in oil and salt. Combine above ingredients, cover and simmer 2 to 3 hours in 350 degree oven. Add more water as needed to keep meat well covered. Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water mixed. Cook egg noodles, pour sauce and meat on top of noodles and serve immediately.
