PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. all purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar (white)
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. pumpkin (1 sm. can)

Beat sugar and oil and add 1 egg at a time. Combine flour and dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Add pumpkin last. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9"x13" pan. Bake 35 minutes. Top cooled cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 stick butter, 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 box confectioners' sugar and 1 cup nuts. Cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla; add sugar and nuts; mix all together.
