BARBECUED MEAT ROLLS 
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
2 stalks celery
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. cracker meal
1/3 c. catsup
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

GLAZE:

1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Chop onion, green pepper and celery. Mix with meat and other ingredients. Form into 10 rolls and place in baking pan. Spread with glaze. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
