CHICKEN A VERY SPECIAL WAY 
10 pieces chicken
1 bottle red Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
1 env. onion soup
1 c. water

Clean and dry chicken. Place in baking pan. Mix together Russian dressing, apricot preserves, onion soup and water. Heat these 4 ingredients to blend. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven. Serve with seasoned rice.
