SPECIAL BAKED CHICKEN | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced dried beef 3 lg. whole chicken breasts, skinned & halved 6 slices of bacon Rosemary 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream Rinse dried beef in cold water. Drain well and arrange in bottom of 12 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Place halved chicken breasts over beef. Top each half with bacon slice; sprinkle a bit of rosemary on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Continue baking 40 to 50 minutes longer depending upon size of breasts. |
