1 c. white sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Carnation milk
4 egg yolks

Mix ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup shredded coconut. Spread on cake while hot.
