GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE AND ICING 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Follow directions on box of cake mix. Use 2 round cake pans. Bake, cool and frost.

Frosting: In large saucepan, combine milk, sugar, egg yolks (slightly beaten), butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. About 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut and nuts. Makes 2 1/2 cups frosting.
