FRESH APPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. apples, peeled & cut into sm. pieces
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine first 3 items in mixer at medium speed. Add next 4 items and beat well. Add apples and nuts. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes in a greased and floured bundt cake pan at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
2 tsp. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine above and boil for 2 minutes. Apply to cake while cake is hot.
