PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. nutmeg OR 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (1 lb. can)
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour in greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 2 large loaves of bread.
