LUNCH BASKET PUMPKIN BREAD | |
2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 c. pumpkin pie filling 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. oil 1/3 c. water 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. raisins Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Turn into 2 well greased 8"x5" loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test for doneness in center. |
