SUGARPLUM BREAD 
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. vegetable oil
2 jars (4 3/4 oz.) each strained plum baby food

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar and eggs together in large mixing bowl. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice and pecans. Add to egg mixture alternating with oil. Add plums. Beat until smooth. Divide batter evenly between 2 loaf pans or 3 mini loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan.
