1 c. butter
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
Chopped nuts

Beat butter with electric mixer for 30 seconds until softened. Add half of flour, sugar, brown sugar and egg whites; mix well. Add remaining flour until well combined. Fold in nuts. Shape dough into two 7 inch rolls. Wrap and chill for 4 hours. Cut dough into cookies on cookie sheet in oven at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
