1 can crushed tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 onion
Mushrooms
Round steak or sirloin tip
1 pkg. Swiss steak mix

Cut meat up in chunks. Mix 1 can tomatoes, peppers, onion and mushrooms with 1/2 can water and pour in baking bag with meat. Bake for 2 hours at 400 degrees. If you use sirloin tip steak bake for 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
