SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
1 lb. butter 4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 3 tsp. rice flour 1/2 tsp. salt Soften butter - do not melt. Mix all dry ingredients with butter. Roll out on well-floured board and cut with cutters. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. |
