VILLA BREAD (VI'S) | |
4 tbsp. yeast 1/2 c. sugar 1 to 2 c. warm water 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 5 eggs 3 c. bran 8 c. whole wheat flour 6 to 8 c. flour 12 c. water About 40 c. flour Mix water, sugar and yeast, and let stand while mixing the rest, until bubbly. In large mixer, mix the sugar, oil, eggs, bran, salt, water and part of the flours. Add yeast mixture. Continue adding flour until dough is right consistency. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and make into loaves. Let rise again and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
