2 lb. ground beef, browned 1 c. chopped celery 2 c. creamed mushroom soup 1 c. sliced water chestnuts 4 tsp. soy sauce 1 c. chopped onions, sauteed 1 c. uncooked rice 1 c. bean sprouts (with liquid) Salt and pepper Combine all ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add package of frozen peas topped with Chinese noodles and bake another 30 minutes. This makes 2 casseroles. |
