HAM COLE SLAW 
1 c. cooked ham, diced
2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

Toss ham, cabbage, green pepper and pimento in serving bowl. Combine seasonings, salad oil and vinegar. Just before serving, pour on dressing and toss lightly. Serves 4 to 6. 230 calories per serving. Source of Vitamins A, B, C.
