EGG & SAUSAGE BAKE 
6 slices bread
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
3/4 lb. cheese, shredded
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Brown sausage and drain well. In bottom of 9"x13" pan, place bread. Top with cheese, then meat then egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Good served with salsa.
