1 pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. head cauliflower, raw
8 boiled eggs
1/4 c. chopped onion, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise to mix

Thaw frozen peas in cool water. Chop boiled eggs. Fine chop cauliflower (onion if desired). Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
