SUNDAY ROAST | |
Take a 3 to 5 lb. roast frozen or thawed. Sprinkle generously with Lawry's seasoned salt. Place in a large roaster or pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with seasoned salt also. Add 1 cup of water. Cover tightly with lid of foil. Place in a 300 degree oven. Cooking must be started by 8:30 a.m. Enjoy your breakfast. Dress for Sunday school and church and go. Roast will be done upon your return from church. Make gravy with the drippings. |
