VEGETABLE SOUP 
Approximately 3 qts. water or more
1 can Rotel tomatoes
6 carrots, sliced
4 ribs celery, sliced
1 bell pepper, strips
2 turnips, diced
1/2 med. cabbage, chopped
1 lg. pkg. frozen vegetables - peas, green beans, lima, etc.
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 med. potatoes, cubed
2 med. onions, sliced
1 sweet potato, diced
4 ears fresh corn
3 or 4 tbsp. beef stock (powder)

Combine all ingredients in large pot - simmer until vegetables are tender. Very low in calories.
