EGG PUFF 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
9 eggs
3 c. milk
12 slices white bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs and milk. Add cheese, bread and seasonings. Fold in sausage. Pour into lightly greased 9"x13" dish. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 8 servings.
