CHILE - EGG PUFF 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, melted (butter, o.k.)
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies

Beat eggs with mixer in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and melted butter. Blend until smooth; stir in chilies. Pour into well buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until top is brown and center is firm. Great for Brunch; serve with fruit salad!
