SAUSAGE & EGG PUFF 
1 lb. ground pork sausage
2 slices day old bread, cubed
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

In frying pan, brown sausage. Drain well on paper towels. Grease a 2 quart casserole. Spread bread cubes over bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle drained ground sausage over bread cubes. Spread grated Cheddar cheese over sausage. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add milk, salt and dry mustard, beating well to mix. Pour over other ingredients in casserole. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove foil. Bake at 350 degrees until eggs are browned and set, about 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 5.
