SPOON EGG PUFF 
1 dozen eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can diced green chilies

Butter 9x12 inch pan. Mix eggs and add flour, salt and baking powder, mixing in. Wire whip rest of ingredients into egg mixture. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, then 15 minutes until lightly browned and done in center.
