CRISPY THIN BREADSTICKS 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, slightly thawed
Parmesan Bread Sprinkle
1/4 c. melted butter

Cut loaf of bread dough lengthwise into eight pieces. Cut pieces in half; this will make 16 "thin" breadsticks. Cut 16 pieces in half lengthwise to form 32 "skinny" bread sticks. Roll and stretch each piece of dough to 15 inches in length. Place on greased cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan Bread Sprinkle. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
