TACO SALAD 
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pkg. dry taco mix
lettuce torn in pieces
diced tomatoes
diced cucumbers
shredded cheese
taco sauce or salad
tortilla chips

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and put on tray to cool in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese on top of mixture. Just before serving spoon the taco sauce on top of salad. Serve with your favorite tortilla or corn chips.
