SUGAR-FREE FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD | |
2 c. water 12 oz. cranberries, picked over, washed 6 oz. pkg. orange Jello (no sugar, aspartame) 15 packets Equal 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 c. chopped nuts Celery, if desired Bring water and cranberries to boil and cook 5 minutes until berries pop. Stir in Jello until melted, then Equal, stirring with pan removed from heat. Add pineapple and nuts or celery and pour into mold or flat 2-quart dish, refrigerate for at least 3 hours or more. 12 servings. |
