GREEN PEAS AND RICE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
2 c. uncooked regular rice
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
4 c. water

Saute peas, rice, caraway seeds and onion in butter about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring well, cover saucepan with aluminum foil, then place lid on top 20 to 25 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
