TUNA PUFF 
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 (13 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/4 c. American cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cheese and potatoes; add egg. Cook celery and onion in butter until tender; add to potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
