CHOCOLATE CRISPIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 env. (2 oz.) Nestle Choco-bake
1/2 c. quick oats, uncooked
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and egg; beat until creamy. Blend in Nestle Choco-bake. Add flour mixture, oats and coconut; mix until well blended. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen 2 inch cookies.
