PORK CHOP DINNER IN A DISH 
4 thick chops (trim off fat). Brown fat in skillet, until crisp, then discard. Then brown chops slightly in grease, same skillet.

6 white potatoes (sliced as for escalloped). Place potatoes in lightly greased casserole. Add 1 onion, chopped potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Place chops on top of potatoes. Pour 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup over chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
