GROUND CHUCK ONE DISH DINNER 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes
3 c. cooked noodles
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground chuck and drain. Add onion, celery, pepper and tomatoes. Simmer on stove until onion is transparent. Combine in casserole dish with cooked noodles and sour cream. Top with cheese and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
