CREAMY LEMON PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked & cooled Classic Crisco single
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. real lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Yellow food coloring (opt.)
Whipped cream (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, real lemon, rind and food coloring. Pour into prepared crust, bake 8 minutes. Cool, chill and top with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
