OREO COOKIE CAKE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed fine (reserve 1/4 c.)
2 sticks butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz. each) Cool Whip
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Mix crushed cookies and melted butter; press in a long cake pan. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm.

Mix sugar and cream cheese until blended; add one tub of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over cookie crust.

Mix pudding and milk together as directed on box. Put on top of cream cheese layer. Chill until set, about 1 hour. When pudding is set, spread the other 8-ounce carton Cool Whip on top and sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs on top. Keep refrigerated.
