SANDBAKKELS 
1 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and chill. Press into sandbakkel tins. Bake, carefully turn tins over to loosen sandbakkels while still warm.
