3 1/3 c. Mission Cake Mix
3/4 c. milk
3 egg whites, beat stiff but not dry
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Add the milk to the mix and beat 3 minutes with electric beater; add beaten egg whites and flavorings; stir in by hand. Bake in greased and floured pan in 2 round 8 inch pans or one rectangle pan. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) 20 minutes or until done when tested.
