QUICK TUNA MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 c. macaroni
1 c. condensed cream of asparagus soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. tuna fish (lg. size)
1/2 red pepper (chopped)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni in salted, boiling water. Drain. Combine asparagus soup and evaporated milk. Add macaroni, tuna, red pepper and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
