TUNA MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 c. shell macaroni
1 can cream mushroom soup (can use celery if preferred)
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz.) tuna, drained
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk

TOPPING:

Crushed potato chips or dry bread crumbs

Cook macaroni. Mix together soup and cream cheese. Add milk, mix, add all other ingredients, stir together, pour into greased 1 quart baking dish, add topping, cover, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
