This was my mother's favorite pot luck dish. 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 sm. can diced chili peppers 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 lb. bacon 1 med. can mushroom pieces

Dice bacon and fry. Pour off grease and add onion. Saute. Combine all other ingredients and bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
