WHITE PEAR CAKE 
1 box white batter cake mix
1 lb. can pear halves, undrained
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tbsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

10 oz. jar currant jelly

Preheat oven. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Blend all ingredients for cake and beat for 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. For glaze, melt the jelly and spoon over cake.
