PEAR CAKE 
1 1/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar (1 white, 1 brown)
1/4 c. coffee
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger & cloves
Dash of salt
3 eggs
3 c. flour
3 c. ground pears

Mix oil, sugar and eggs; beat well. Add coffee, stir. Mix flour, salt and spices together and add gradually to above mixture. Stir and mix real good. Cook in bundt pan until done, about 1 hour.

ICING FOR PEAR CAKE:

1 c. orange juice
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. orange rind, shredded

Mix and pour over cake while still warm.
