PEAR CAKE 
3 eggs
3 c. grated pears
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. water

Mix all together. Pour in tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees until done. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cake while still hot.
