SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, cooked
1/2 onion, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Buttered bread crumbs or Ritz crackers

Peel and grate potatoes. Mix with onions, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese. Place in buttered casserole. Cover with crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
