HONEY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Add eggs and milk. Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
