THE ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. self rising flour
1 egg
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 tsp. cream cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and milk. Add vanilla in large bowl. Blend until creamy. Blend in egg. Then add flour gradually. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies, 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on cookie sheet about 2 minutes. Makes about 3 inch 3 dozen cookies.
