3 large potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 stick butter
2 (8 inch) uncooked pie shells

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook potatoes. Cover with butter and sugar. Beat eggs, add to potato mixture. Add spice and milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook until brown.
